1. Emancipatory Research RFQ 

The Children’s Services Council of Broward County (CSC) announces the release of the Emancipatory Research Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The RFQ is seeking applications from qualified researchers/consultants to build local capacity and proficiency in designing and conducting emancipatory research and translating and implementing the findings of research projects. This approach will serve to meaningfully engage historically marginalized groups in Broward County by providing them the opportunity to lend their voices and experiences to defining issues and creating solutions. 

This procurement will be available on November 15 – December 6, 2021, through CSC’s web-based Contract Administration and Procurement System (CAPS), and responses must be submitted through CAPS. Interested parties can access the RFQ here. Training on CAPS will take place during the Pre-Bid Conference.

A virtual Pre-Bid Conference was held on November 22, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. 

 Completed applications must be submitted through CAPS by December 6, 2021, at noon.

 LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

 

2. Program Performance Consultant RFQ 

 The Children’s Services Council of Broward County (CSC) announces the release of the Program Performance Consultant Request for Qualifications (RFQ The RFQ is seeking applications from qualified consultants with experience in providing coaching, consulting, and technical assistance focused on nonprofit operations and program quality improvement.

This procurement will be available on November 15 – December 6, 2021, through CSC’s web-based Contract Administration and Procurement System (CAPS), and responses must be submitted through CAPS. Interested parties can access the RFQ here. Training on CAPS will take place during the Pre-Bid Conference.

3. Equity Cadre and Social Justice Cadre Expansion RFQ 

The Children’s Services Council of Broward County (CSC) announces the release of the Racial Equity and Social Justice Cadre Expansion Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The RFQ is seeking to expand the Racial Equity and Social Justice Cadre of experts. Cadre members would serve to provide technical assistance, professional, organizational and community development, and training in theories and practices related to racial equity, social justice, implicit bias, and cultural responsiveness to child and family serving nonprofit organizations in Broward County. Applicants from racially and ethnically diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including but not limited to black, indigenous, people of color (BIPOC), Hispanic/Latin ethnicity, multi-racial and multi-ethnic.

This procurement will be available on November 15 – December 6, 2021, through CSC’s web-based Contract Administration and Procurement System (CAPS), and responses must be submitted through CAPS. Interested parties can access the RFQ here. Training on CAPS will take place during the Pre-Bid Conference.
